In August 2022, my best girl and I ventured to over 80 Degrees North latitude. Being 600 miles South of the North pole was daunting! 24-hour/day sunlight took some getting used to, but the sights were amazing.

On this trip via the polar expedition ship SH VEGA, we visited a pod of walrus and witnessed polar bears (from a safe distance). Truly magical moments!
